Osagie is hands down one of the best technical designers I’ve worked with. He doesn’t just make things look good—he designs  for engineering. Even before we had a design system, he built with reusability in mind, making development smoother and more scalable.What really sets him apart is how effortlessly he collaborates with engineers. There’s no endless back-and-forth because his designs are already practical and well-structured. And when technical constraints come up, he’s quick to understand the trade-offs and work out a solid compromise without compromising on the user experience.
